“two stars: I can’t play without having to refresh over and over again….I can’t get my cupid doll with coins because it tells me the game is out of sync…I can’t post bombs or flowers because it won’t load….it’s not my computer, so please don’t tell me to update the flash player. This has been going on for MONTHS, please fix your game! I have lost 16 neighbors because they simply got fed up, as for me, I’ve tried to be patient and figure that you would get around to making things go a little smoother, but now it’s WORSE!!!!”

“1 star out of 5: Petville’s maker will not respond to my requests to fix the main bug in the game. The bug makes it impossible to win the genie game’s petcash. They are deceitful by saying on the game every time that you can win it. The main pleasure of the game comes from getting the petcash to buy special items.”

It looks that the image felt down somehow and half of the storage is not possible to look into, also I can’t sent gifts because the button that is saying send is in the part that I can’t access. Janet Gee: Unfortunately when you have this problem there is no ”support” button at the bottom of the page. You have to go to the Petville forum, then the guide to Zynga games. There is a “customer Support” button at the bottom of that.

“1 star rating: I wonder why I can’t play PetVille anymore!!!! My screen no longer shows the scroll bar so I can visit more than 7 neighbours !!!!! Also the help screen only allows the limit of words without scrolling – what use is that. I can’t scroll along my storage – no scroll bar!!!! I use Google chrome but have tried Internet Explorer….”

It wouldnt let me post this cuz I changed it to 2 stars. So I changed it back to 5 just so I can post it but I still give this game only 2 STARS ** until a start seeing more petcash.”

I’d like to register a complaint that I cannot add friends on Petville. I started the game so I could play with my granddaughter, but I see little reason to continue if I cannot have her for a neighbor. I have refreshed the game, updated Adobe Flash Player, and done everything else I can think of, but no change.
I’m also frustrated that I don’t even know if this is the right site to register a complaint. There certainly is nothing that I could find that fits that discription on Facebook. It seems there is no customer service for Petville/Facebook.
All Zyna games do not work right, what they need to do is hire more servers to control the data traffic of everyones pcs that play these games. Reason that they won’t hire people is because they are greedy. ZYNA PLEASE FIX THE BUGS IN THESE GAMES OR I QUIT!
petville is a fun game but my sister is on 28 an im on 46 an we both have 4 rooms and an attack that sucks because only one door works, my friend is on 48 an has 7 rooms!!!!!!!! an i keep buying stuff but it seems like no matter how hard you play you get a little out of it.
Heya i?m for the primary time here. I came across this board and I find It truly useful & it helped me out a lot. I’m hoping to give one thing again and aid others such as you aided me.
I have had almost every single problem listed above. I couldnt see the bottom of my storage, I dont win pet cash on genie game, and I have never ever got pet cash from treasure chest when cleaning houses and I dont know anybody that ever has! Its a fraud when they say you do or that you will! I have to admit I liked it when I 1st started because when you go to the petcash and coins underneath the box that has purchase pet cash or coin there were little videos you could watch that would give you pet cash. Now I never see them! I havent seen them since like 6 months ago or longer. Now I never get pet cash and that was fun part of the game. If they dont start giving out more pet cash then I will no longer be a player. 1 out of 5 stars!!!!
My friend posted a comment yesterday and they took it off and have not gave her anymore clean bombs since. This game is scam. They lie when they say you get petcash in treasure chest at peoples houses and on the genie game I and my friend always get coins or flowers. They dont give out pet cash ever!! Go ahead dont post my comment either cause its the TRUTH!! Your game is a fraud and the fun was from the pet cash. I never see any! What happened to the videos you could watch to get the pet cash. Did you take those off 2 so people would have to buy your pet cash. Its a joke!!! I hope you lose tons of players. Its just not right. My friend posted 1 out of 5 stars is that you took her comment off. Its ridiculous people need to know the truth about petville!!!
