Magic: The Gathering – Duels of the Planeswalkers (73%) ✰✰✰✰
A respectable digital version of Wizards of the Coasts wildly popular card game. Duels of the Planeswalkers makes for a great introduction to WotC’s battling collectible card game and at a much more reasonable cost. Veteran players will no doubt cringe a bit being forced to only use pre-constructed decks as the game can be easily won or loss depending upon deck construction strategy. The game features various tutorials and helpful hints to help learn the game. Since this game and core rules are based on good solid game design (I personally helped introduce players to the game at its introduction at GenCon many years ago) I can easily say that it has excellent replayability and depth.
