Happy Aquarium unlike other games in the genre such as FishVille or Fish World your fish don’t die if your “real” world somehow interferes with your virtual game time! This is breath of fresh air in the arena of social network game design and really does allow one to have a good chance to have a “HAPPY” aquarium! Good job Crowdstar!!!
As one might expect Happy Aquarium allows players to: design and decorate their own aquarium filled with adorable exotic fish. Since players are not penalized for having a life, they can take their time and enjoy the process of: adopting, raising, training, mating, and eventually selling their tropical fish.
Happy Aquarium players can use themed wallpaper and animated decor to decorate multiple tanks. They also can play an assortment of mini-games (such as treasure finding) and visit and help feed and care for their friends fish tanks as well.
The graphics are good and the mating feature (to produce more eggs) is a nice twist than always having to buy them at the fish store. The game allows for a decent amount of customization, but many items require expensive Pearls (Happy Aquarium virtual game currency) to purchase.
If you haven’t ever played a fish Aquarium simulation game before or don’t want to be chained to tank on a daily basis, then Happy Aquarium is the game to play. The game is especially well suited for younger players that don’t mind a little mindless repetition.
Happy Aquarium is the #1 fish aquarium simulation game on facebook, and we aren’t just saying that in our humble opinion, since there are over 8 million players that play the game on a monthly basis.
