Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit by Electronic Arts
Electronic Arts has brought in the talent from Criterion games, that gave us the Burnout series for this installment to the Need for Speed franchise. Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit can be played by 1-8 players and easily qualifies as a fun racing game, when either playing the cops or the robbers. The game features several modes of play and the excellent “Autolog” in game networking system, which allows players to post records and achievements on the Autolog feed for friends to see and attempt to beat. Players also have the option to drive a plethora of real-world supercars and SUVs from some of the biggest names in either a racer and/or police version.
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit takes place in fictional location known as Seacrest County, which is an open world and features over 100 miles (160 km) of open road.
